Designed the multi-node API gateway based on NGINX: transforming user-defined routing data into validated NGINX configuration distributed from a central control service to managed nodes. Implemented conditional mTLS certificate selection and node provisioning, resilient configuration distribution, node health checks, parameterized integration templates that generate groups of routing rules, and loadable C# extension modules that can be bound to individual routing rules. Introduced structured logging and duration instrumentation for critical operations, enabling customer-specific defects to be diagnosed from reproducible debug runs before releases to restricted environments. Participate in controlled deployments, on-call and remote incident response, and on-site troubleshooting in restricted customer environments. Onboard new developers. Center for Diagnostics and Telemedicine — Moscow, Russia 09.2023–11.2025 Software Developer, Project-Based Designed and delivered a Python/PyQt desktop application for calculating effective radiation dose from DICOM 3.0 computed tomography studies, translating medical calculation rules into a reproducible automated workflow. Validated the application against 700 patient studies spanning more than 20 examination types and adult and pediatric age groups, processing a complete patient study in under one second during testing. Results matched independently calculated reference values with a maximum relative deviation below 0.01%. Implemented fallback extraction from DICOM image data using pydicom, Tesseract OCR, and regex-based table parsing, with human verification of OCR-derived values. The application was registered with Rospatent as a computer program, No. 2024681738. TestClinic — Remote 09.2025 Independent Software Developer — Short-term commercial project Developed and deployed a FastAPI/Aiogram Telegram service that collects patient callback requests and sends structured notifications to authorised clinic operators, using SQLAlchemy, SQLite, and Alembic to persist operator registration state. Owned production delivery of the Python service and Next.js website, including containerization and orchestration with Docker Compose, Linux server configuration, NGINX Proxy Manager, automated Let’s Encrypt certificate renewal, environment-based secrets management, and a GitHub Actions pipeline that builds and transfers Docker images over SSH after merges to main. NRNU MEPhI — Moscow, Russia 09.2023–05.2025 Linux and Systems Programming Instructor, Part-Time Designed and taught Linux systems-programming laboratories to approximately 90 third-year students per year across two academic years, covering C, Linux system calls, command-line tools, Bash, and Make. Created automated build and test scaffolding and managed submissions through GitHub Classroom. ","externalUrl":null,"permalink":"/work/","section":"","summary":"","title":"Work","type":"page"}]
